What is the Blink blind material and slat width?

What colors are available?
Blink enclosed blinds between glass for sliding patio doors are available in white, tan, sand, silver moon, slate gray, and espresso.
What is Low-E glass? Are Blink blinds-between-glass available with Low-E glass?

Low-E glass is available as an option for windows or patio doors.

Our Low-E glass is made with an invisible thin metallic soft coating that reduces heat flow. Low-E+ glass is made with two thin metallic soft coatings, that offer additional reduction of heat flow.

Low-E and dual Low-E options are available for Blink Blinds + Glass.

What is NEAT glass? Are Blink blinds-between-glass available with NEAT glass?

Cardinal's NEAT harnesses the sun's UV rays to loosen dirt so water can rinse it away leaving windows virtually spotless. Your windows will stay cleaner longer and will clean easier. Please visit Cardinal's website for more information about NEAT or watch the video below.

NEAT and dual NEAT options are available for Blink Blinds + Glass.

Do Blink Blinds + Glass products qualify for ENERGY STAR®?
ODL is proud to be an ENERGY STAR® partner. As a door component, Blink insulated glass with blinds does not qualify by itself for ENERGY STAR®. However, blinds-between-glass play an integral part in determining a door system's seal and thermal performance, enabling the door system to meet ENERGY STAR® requirements. ODL offers a full selection of enclosed blinds between glass that can be used in qualified doors to meet ENERGY STAR requirements.
Do Blink Blinds + Glass products require any special handling?

Blink blinds between glass products must be stored in the supplied packaging or on its side with the fingertip controller in the down-position. The blind must be in the fully raised position, i.e. stacked at the top of the door lite. If stored flat, the glass will deflect, which may temporarily disrupt the service of the blind.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO OPERATE THE BLIND UNTIL THE UNIT IS POSITIONED IN THE FULL, UPRIGHT IN-USE STATE.

Do changes in atmospheric pressure affect the function of Blink blinds-between-glass?
Insulated glass can expand and/or contract when it is subjected to changes in atmospheric pressure, such as when it is shipped over mountains. Blink enclosed blinds between glass uses a capillary tube that lets the insulated glass (IG) adjust to variations in air pressure without allowing water vapor to enter the IG. The glass may require up to 24 hours to acclimate to the change, but then it will function normally.
How much time does the Blink enclosed blind require to acclimate after installation?
Acclimation may take up to 24 hours for door blinds, but less for hinged-door blinds. Do not operate the blind until it has acclimated.
Can the door that encloses the blind be gas-filled?
No. Since the operation of the blind requires the IG to adjust to differences in atmospheric pressure, the blinds include a capillary tube that precludes a gas fill.
What if the fingertip controller decouples? Can it be fixed?

Yes, learn how to re-couple the fingertip operator by watching this video.
